Good so far but packer bent up my filter

I like this in theory but if the person shrink wrapping my filters doesn't take better care, they may get returned damaged. I was able to stretch out the bend so the filter works. And I do like the sizes are slightly less than the actual opening size so that they don't have to be forced in like the ones from 3M.

Product Defect

One of the pleated parts of my filter shipment was detached from an entire side of the filter frame. I reported this and have not received a response. Otherwise my experience with Filter Buy has been five star. I should have taken a picture of this defect, but my A/C maint. man had taped it shut with unremovable tape before I could get my cell phone to take a pic.
