Damaged filter

Box was not bent or damaged. But one filter was. I am over due changing my filter for the fall and need to use my furnace so I have to use it. :woman-shrugging::woman-facepalming::persevere:

always good. ship box always comes slightly dented. No harm to filter. My co. has no problem installing for meat their regular check ups.

Not the size as labeled

Disappointed that the size is actually 13.5x23.5x1. The half size makes a big difference for my vent. Now I have 6 that are the wrong size.
