Packing needs improvement. Two of the five filter were bent but usable. Also, no information was printed on the filter except air flow arrow.

My search is finally over!!

Perfect fit!!! Very hard to find 12x30x1 filters. I ordered a 4 pack of filters of this size, expecting another disappointing experience. I previously purchased filters advertised with the same measurements from another service, of a "well known" filter brand. To my utter dismay... They were too big!!! I couldn't even jam the filter in. This was extremely frustrating because it took me awhile to find the filters and they were astronomically priced. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased when I had no problems whatsoever placing the 12x30x1 FilterBuy filter. The actual measurement was slightly smaller( which was also noted on the package). Obviously that was the secret! The quality is outstanding, and the performance... so far so good!! Now that my search is over, I will definitely be purchasing more filters, in bulk, from your company. Thank you so much for a wonderful product!!

The filters are fine ... the sizing was off. We had to purchase weatherstripping yo add to them to make them work.

It fit perfectly! Love that I can order my filter to fit my vent. Its a very strange shape.. 11.5x 34. Was having to put 2 together and they never really fit!
