Quality is slipping with every order

Pleats are being bunched up on ends while stretched in the middle. Over 30% of the filter is not useable! All 6 filters out 6 ordered were this way.

I can't give you an answer. When I replaced my last 14x14I ordered and received your filters. I probably have another month for the one that is in there, then after using Filterbuy's I can give you an answer.
