Filters are fine, but on my checking statement it showed these are recurring. THEY ARE NOT. We ordered enough to last us for a while. Please do not send filters monthly or charge me for them.

Wonderful discovery!

For 6 years I have been stuffing an 18X18 into a 17.5X17.5 frame. Not easy. Now that I have received the 17.25X17.25 it slips into place like a filter should. Sure has made it much easier and I will not put off changing filters any longer.

Ive ordered from Filter Buy a number of times, but this was the first time Ive had an issue with the filters. The filter was about 3/8 inch taller than the listed measurement, making it extremely difficult to slide into my vent. The filter works, but I was disappointed with the bad measurement, especially since I bought a 4-pack.
