The "actual size" filters are very difficult to install, as they are too tight for the opening. Do you offer filters with slightly smaller than "actual size" dimensions that would fit easily?

Crushed in Shipment

The filters are fine and has ordered.However, They were crushed in shipment which compromised the fit in our registers and created a few whistling leaks. Now corrected, but a pain.

Terrible Quality

14x18x4 filter was cut down from larger size and poorly reassembled. The filter element was not sealed to the frame on one side and there is a gap big enough to fit my whole hand through.
