I ordereded the wrong size, I called and spoke with rep. She was so awesome. She helped me get the exact size I needed. Reshipped them to me in two days. The filters are good quality. Nice to have an experence like this with a company these days! Customer for life!!!

Did not ship within 2 hours as shown on site. Took several days to get here when site stated 1 day. Filters are good though.
