I purchased 4 pleated air filters and was disappointed to find the pleated filter was not equally spaced in some of the filters. The pleated material was bunched up to one side and I was not able to spread out to provide best results.

I did not read/realize that the size I chose wasn't the exact size. I purchased 16*25*4 the actual size was smaller I'll deal with it but people need to pay closer attention to this.

There is an improvement with our air quality with this filter. I replace the filter closer to 2 1/2 months then the 3 months recommended,
