The width of the filter

The width of the filter is approximately 1/2 too small so the filter does not fit correctly

While I get that some measurements are different in construction, this is considerably smaller (half an inch on one measurement) than the Honeywell filter I was replacing, meaning the filtering capability is also smaller. I'm bummed, to say the least.

Filter dimensions NOT as specified! Beware!

We ordered 20x25x4 filters (Merv 11) for two new HVAC systems, however, once installed, the "4 inch" width was WAY too small for the opening in the air handler. They're just leaning loosely in the filter slots. NOT effectively filtering all the air going through the system! We should have gone with the Honeywell brand filter instead of trying to save some money.

Hard To Find

As a retired HVAC business owner I know how expensive it can be to purchase filters of odd size. Most suppliers can order them, but only at a premium. Nice to find ones at regular pricing.
