I specifically purchased a 17

I specifically purchased a 17 1/2 x 27 x 1 for my AC unit to find out the measurements were off. The length of the filter is off by more than a few centimeters I had to shove one in but isnt flush and will have to find one that fits. This is a shame as Ive wasted money and time to buy a set of filters that do not fit.

Quality filter, construction and materials, however it was a bear to get installed, as it was so tight. Maybe mis-labeled? The 4" it sits next to was also from FilterBuy and fit perfectly, so...?

Poor Packaging

The boxes for both boxes of filters was crushed & coming apart. In addition the boxes were too big for the filters and had virtually no insulating materials
