I haven't given up hope yet but how long does it take to get for furnace filters? I am ready to request a refund so I can purchase elsewhere.

I actually ordered two different

I actually ordered two different sizes and they both fit great. I use filters on my return ducts to keep pet dander to a minimum so they are custom sizes for that purpose. The other size is for my hot air furnace. Good quality and would recommend using Filterbuy to anyone and I have.Thank You

Fits great

The opening for the filters are less than 20X20 so the fact that your filters are 1/2 inch shorter means they will fit. :+1:

Can't review--they have only been installed for a few days. Looked fine, though.
