The online order was easy, shipment was quick. Each filter is wrapped in plastic, is well built, and fits securely in the holder.

I ordered a couple of custom-made filters. They were about 3/8 too wide. That sounds like nothing but it is a MAJOR problem with an air filter. The filter channel is very precise in size and cannot tolerate such a large mismatch. I had to do some surgery on the filter to make it fit. Im pretty sure I wont be buying any more filters from this joint.
