I have a unit that takes a 2 inch thick filter. Cant buy them in the regular hardware stores. The ones I get it filter by I have proven to be very good. I will continue to buy from them

This is the worst, bad website to place an order from, super expensive and website not clear much about what you ordering. DO NOT ORDER HERE, try another website, and try to return is an absolutely nightmare, NO simple easy way to do it. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I haven't put one in the furnace yet. I was concerned because they looked just like the MERV 8 filters and there was no marking on them to specify the MERV value. I contacted you and your rep confirmed they were 13 after I counted the pleats. Why don't you mark that info on the filter?

I think we are paying for Merv 13 and getting merv 7-8 There is nothing on filters indicating that they are merv 13. Comparison to other manufacturers of the same merv They look like merv 8. If I hade to recommend filter buy I would NOT me and my co workers have received wrong size to many times.
