I give you four stars. Can't say any more until I'm able to use them not due for change until December. Just wanted to stock up. Looks like they'll be a good fit and the framing looks strong.

They are exactly what I need and at a great price! This size can be hard to find, I've found, but not now!

Have not installed filter; it is a "backup." However, the process, price, etc. were fine.

I had to cut down the filter in order for it to fit my unit. The actual size is different than what you send me. I make it work but not sure I will be ordering them from you again.

I have a skuttle 16x20 air filter. fits fine. I ordered a 16x20 from you and it is 1"too short and 1/2" too narrow. Now I'm stuck with a useless filter
