Filter is good except its actual size is smaller than my previous filter (Honeywell). Both were 16x25x4 but actual sizes were different. The filterbuy filter is loose in the filter cabinet whereas the Honeywell fit securely in the filter cabinet.

The filters last a long

The filters last a long time and filter the air very well. I've kept one in my central air unit and it had very little debris.

Not 4 inches

Filter fits loosely, not snug like my old filter. I'll still use it them, but won't reorder. Four inch is should be 4 inches, not 3.5.

I have submitted multiple inquiries online to refund/exchnage for correct size and it's been weeks and no response. I will call them, but that's really terrible that they can't respond to a simple request.
