To bad when you buy

To bad when you buy a 16x25x4 filter it is not the actual size but alot smaller. Doesn't fit and lets dirty air pass around the small filter. Will have to throw it away and buy the correct one.

I needed a size filter

I needed a size filter i couldnt buy in stores. Found filter buy online and gave them a call and asked a few questions. The call went well so i went to website and ordered. The more i ordered, the less expensive the filters became. Very easy website to make purchases. The filters came in a couple days. They were the same as what my hvac guy used and suggested when he installed the unit a few months ago. A really good experience and yes i will continue using this store.

Did not fit properly to seat in rails. Too small. Was advised of other product advertised with same size but actual measurement better fit. Refund was given with no hassle.

Filters are very good they fit in the airway perfectly no hassle. Price is better than anywhere I could purchase. Well boxed and protected. Delivered on time. I am very pleased. Second time I have made a purchase. Keep up the good work Made in America. Keep safe wear a mask. I pray that all workers that produce a product " made in America " stay healthy. God Bless.

So pleased with the size (slim) as well as the cost. When these are gone I will definitely reorder from Filterbuy. My husband was truly amazed and pleased with the hard-to-find size as well as the reasonable price.

I was expecting 15 3/4 x 24 3/4 x 4 5/16 but these were actually 15 3/8 x 24 3/8 x 3 5/8. I saw the 16x25x4 and figured they were industry standard. My fault for not checking the details. Your fault for sticking me with non-industry standard for that size.
