The filters are 3&5/8 inches wide. They make noise and rattle. The Honeywell filters are 4&3/8 inches wide and are perfectly fine. I am sure they will work in the right condition but I must return them.Thanks for your understanding .

I have used this company for years.I just replaced my A/C unit with a new one and the filter size was different. They adjusted my filter size with just one email sent to the company.All is great and the service has been fantastic.

We have 2 Ragdoll cats . Our filter is MERV 13 , cat hairs , dust and smell from their litter box are easily filtered into fresh air. I have a recurring supply of 6 filters for a year And I love it because it just get delivered at my doorstep. It comes handy also because we change our filter every 2 months.
