Poorly Made Filters

The filter media is not attached to the cardboard frame. If anyone reads this check your filter very closely. Mine are separated at one or two corners. I had 2 out of 3 filters with this manufacturing defect. When they sent me a replacement it had the same problem and now no response.

20x30x1 Not the Size

These filters had an A after the 20x30x1 and did NOT fit. Nothing about the wrong size when ordering.
