Call em old fashioned but I like the color of my filters to be White so I can see really how dirty they are, before tossing them Guess-Im going to have to get use the blue color! :/You really have a Good product & I want to keep my now 2 yr old HVAC in tip-top shape with your 2 MERV 13 filter/

New Filter Style Doesnt Fit

I am unhappy because I ordered the same filters I always do and they said we switched the look, but they are the same. When I go to use them, they do not fit because they are not the same. The actual dimensions in fine print are different. I was told there is no refund and I ended up having to order two new filters in a different size than my unit because they no longer carry my size. But, mind you, its the same filter that I used to buy and it supposed to be the same, but isnt. I hope my frustration is obvious.

Ordered two of the 20x20x4 MERV13 filters for my home air handler. Comparing to the original Carrier filters, the filters doesnt fit tightly in the holder letting air pass around the edges and the filter itselfdoesnt quite seem to be of a similar quality as the OE
