When I purchased my house, the builders rep warned me not to buy replacement filters from the local hardware store because they wouldnt fit. He recommended that I buy them from the place that they bought the original filter. I did that for a while but they were expensive. Then I heard about Filterbuy on SiriusXM radio and decided to give them a try. I found the filter size I needed at a much more reasonable price. They were delivered exactly when they said they would be and the fit was perfect.

These people are fantastic and bend over backwards to do anything to help you, I bought 6 filters that came in 1/2in over size. One phone call from me and they expedited a new shipment of 6 new filters in the correct size. My thanks to all who were involved, you have made me very happy and a lifetime customer.

I bought the wrong size and was NOT looking forward to returning them! Usually a hassle! So I called and the lady couldnt have been nicer! When she said we will send you a replacement and just donate the ones you cant use, I said , youve got to be kidding!! Could not believe my ears! I will never buy my filters from anyone else! Yall are the best!!!

Can't find my filter

The process is very easy and I enjoy being able to have my filters mailed...but I always get the wrong size. I need 18X24X4 and I don't often see that size for my Rheem A/C.

I have already done this.There is one filter that is not a tight fit. When the air conditioner comes on you hear it sucked-into place and then it makes whistling noises
