Pretty good but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened my pack of 4 to replace my old filter. One thing I noticed immediately was the box opened from the larger front more easily than the top, so to jsut stack the box on its end to remove filters like I normally do wasn't really possible.Second, the edges that make up the box of the filter were not sealed as well as the FIltrete filers I normally use which make the filter seem flimsier. So, not sure I would order from you again. I have an older furnace with weird size filters and it's important to me to keep it running well and my home free of dust etc.

Really good air flow through these merv 13 filters and they do a good job of cleaning the air. Time will tell but so far I'm really happy with my purchase.

Bent out of shape!

After receiving my box I proceeded to open my filters only to find out that half of them were bent up. Not from how it was packaged but the metal portion that actually gives shape to the filter itself. After bending some of it back I placed them in some of them seem just a little small. Other wise it seem to be a nice filter.

The filters didnt fit. I ordered 16x25x5 but the 5 was not 5. It was 4 3/8. I needed 4 7/8
