The actual size is a half inch short of the model size. Nothing to do with the company I assume but non standard HVAC designs.

...was easy. Everyone was nice that I spoke with. I rec'd the filters in a timely manner. The size I needed was not available on your website so I contacted you by e-mail. I rec'd an immediate response telling me the size I needed was, in fact, available, and sent me a link so I could purchase them. Pretty darn good service if you ask me.

Change filter every 6 months. Cleaned air from asthma, pollens, mildew, etc and can breathe through my nose when inside.

The filter was a perfect fit for my my AC unit. I bought the MERV 13 to help with the high pollen count in my area during this time of the year. I highly recommend this filter.
