Can't measure correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered custom filters 21.5 21.5 1 filters. They made them a little larger than 22 22. I emailed them about the problem and they sent me new filters free of charge but were again a little larger than 22 22. Time to find a new place to get them because it seems someone can't read a measuring tape

The filters fit great and hopefully, at MERV 13, they will stop lots of cat and dog dander and fur.

This is the 2nd time ordering filters. Perfect fit for these boxed filters. Fully assembled and ready to go. The first MERV 11 worked so well we upper the filter level to MERV 13 for this set. And provided at a great price! Thanks
