The 20x25x4 filter is just a little small in every dimension so it is too loose in the saddle- unlike the 3M filter which fits nice and snug.

The filters are fine.....when ordered your agents SHOULD KNOW what the actual sizes are for the filters ie. 18x18x1 actually measures somewhat smaller which is what I need.
