We ordered two 16x36x1 Merv filters. So far so good. The filter fit like a glove and I guess its doing it job by looking at some of the dust and dog hair on it.

Pro: Excellent custom size filter and MERV-13 has helped my allergies and reduced the dust in my condo.Con: Several shipments of filters damaged by shipper. Packaging needs improvement

I have been using FilterBuy filters for 2 years since I bought my house. They are well priced and sturdy. because they are well made, they are easy to install. my only complaint is that the MERV value is not printed on the filter.
