I thought I was buying

I thought I was buying a Honeywell filter. It was a will-fit.I purchased a MERV 13 but nowhere on the filter did it have technical details or if it really was a 13. There was just a paper insert.Very misleading website.Also system cardboard and wire system Poorly constructed.

This filter showed up very much damaged. I had to reshape it to get in to fit in my a/c retur,n after doing so I noticed that the filter was larger than the 2 3/4" that I had measured. I'm not sure the bad fit was because of the damage or not so I figured that I'll just keep using the 1" filters that I find are fantastic.

I was hoping to get a confirmation email or text right away after purchasing... I didnt get an email for a few days later. I was also expecting the filters to be more robust since they are supposed to be Merv13, but they seem to be very flimsy and somewhat cheap.
