Need side corner packing protection

box side corners got bent. Box packing did not protect the frame of the filter from getting bent(crushed). Filter height was then too tall and would not fit in 25 metal tray

It doesnt say anything on the filter about Merv 13. Our indoor air monitor shows the air quality get pretty bad, so I want to make sure it really is a Merv 13. (we are experiencing forest fire smoke here.)
