Unacceptable lead time & communication

I ordered a filter on 8/24/20 and over two weeks later the order is still processing. I reached out to support for an update and was told its due to COVID and thats understandable, and I would rather leave my money with a company struggling with the pandemic while they figure it out, but the proactive communication is severely lacking... and long story short I feel like I dont have a high confidence level in the company and wouldnt recommend them to others at this point.

The order comes to you quickly since for me it travel across the USA. They fit in the aIt duct space perfectly. My only question is there a large amount of cardboard bracing in the area that air would be passing thru. This is normally not seen in home improvement store filters. Despite this bit of restriction they do a good job filtering as I order the higher rating filters.
