Very Disappointing!!

The quality of the filter are very poor. The filter material was not attached to the sides and allows air to pass by unfiltered. Very poor manufacturing process. One of the two filters purchased was also smashed and had dirt on the filter material. This was my first purchase from Filter Buy. I am not impressed..

Filter confusion

I think the filters are great and although the package says it's merv 13, this is not marked on the filter itself. I plan to buy several types of filters and won't know which is which unless I write on the filter.. suggest adding this info directly into each filter.Thank you!

fitment not great, not quite standard

20x20x4 are more like 19x19x3.. The 20x20x4 that I had fit into the slot just right but this filter is 1/2 inch smaller than a standard 20x20... fitment not great

We are a H.V.A.C. company that has many commercial accounts . All may want to change the filters to merve 13 . We would like a contractors discount . It makes it very hard to sell and install your filter's , when a customer can get at the same price.
