It's great. I don't need to bother with those Plastic spacers which break and were hard to put in. Time will tell as to their efficiency.

New customer, easy process.

Ordering was easy, shipment as promised. Product seems to be well built. The filter box/framing was a little less sturdy that the filter we were replacing, I doubt that it matters to the actual filter performance. This is my first order with FilterBuy. I will report back once we use it for a period of time on how it performs.

Just barely big enough to not fall in

They are a decent amount smaller than expected. I was replacing my Honeywell filter of the same size but apparently they are not, this one is barely sitting on the rails.
