I didnt realize that there are actual measurements that are different from the measurements. So the filters I bought are more than 1 too thin. Were using two of them but not sure how to exchange the other two.Otherwise the order showed up very fast.

These filters are great. We were having a difficult time finding our size filters in a MERV 11 and Filterbuy made it easy. The subscription option takes all the hassle out of remembering to order and the cost is extremely lower than other brands. We have had the filter in for about three weeks now and my allergies inside are diminished especially in the early mornings -- which were always the most difficult.

Filters different size than advertised

Filters were not the size advertised, though the actual size turned out to be in the fine print on the webpage. But why would you even advertise it as a size its not? Filters were useless for my application.
