Filter are most likely fine. They were not packaged well and two of the four have crushed corners. I don't plan on using them for three months since I just used my last Merv 8.

Once I found these filters via Filterbuy, I was hooked. They fit; they do what theyre supposed to do (my system has a prefilter and post filter in addition to the 20x25x5 replacement. We can definitely notice the difference in the register filters, which replace at the same time.Having them delivered so promptly is just icing on the cake.

You got everything right. The boxed filter I have started to buy from you is a huge step up from the folded filters that I used for the previous 25 years. Those had to be installed into the casing within combs, which was a frustrating job, but yours just slips right in. Goodbye combs! For the same cost, greater convenience - plus a much higher MERV rating.
