Thank you for refunding my money for the purchase I made. We had to get a new system and these didnt fit. We are installing a new system in a few weeks and will purchase ALL of our filters from you. You are a great company!

It was convenient to order multiple filters online. It is difficult to find the size I need in stores. Now I will order in bulk online via Filterbuy. The price is reasonable and my size was available. I am happy that my online search for filters led me to Filterbuy!

The first one had a UL approval stamped on it. The last purchase did not. The website should be more consistent. I had wanted to buy the same product

Now I have a full inventory for a year's worth of filters. My wife has COPD, and having MERV 13's along with our ALEN air cleaner is about as good as it gets.
