Deep pleat filter construction quality Poor.

The construction of the pleats in the filters is quite poor. Some are glued very close together others are far apart. Equal spacing is what they should be to get the most filter area & make the filter efficient. I'm disappointed in the poor construction quality of these USA made filters. Filterbuy please look at your quality control on the FC40R1011 filters. It's not up to your standards. The purchase process & shipping was quick which was great.

I used a different size filter which I bought from you last year. I since upgraded my furnace that uses the larger size. I haven't use them yet so I can't do a review on them but the previous filters I bought from you were very effective even using them for three months before replacing them. I am sure and expect the same performance with these new ones I bought. Delivery was as expected. Thank you for a great product.
