Website tries to trick you into subscribing when making purchases.

Purchase was relatively straight forward. However, before you can finalize the purchase, you're sent to a screen which has very large obvious text pushing you to subscribe making it look like this is the only option. The "button" to continue is extremely small and non-obvious. Feels very sleazy and predatory.

Great source for filters

Filters are generally an item easy to put off buying thus not having them when needed. Filterbuy reminder emails and app make ordering/reordering very easy. No need to rethink exactly what product is required. Its also great having filters available when its time to change them out.

Wrong size though no complaints on quality

Quality is phenomenal. Fit is always perfect though I just ordered replacements because I accidentally ordered 10x10x1 when I should have ordered 10x10x4 . That sucks when you buy Merv 13; however my mistake so when the correct size comes in I will be utmost satisfied. Now what to do with the wrong sizes? 2 plus years this is my filter go to warehouse
