Prompt reorder of filters after ordering size that didnt fit. Big difference in filter size and actual size. They were very helpful in ordering correct size

Not the actual size apparently Honeywell is not the same as other manufacturers. Honeywells 16x25x4 is much bigger.

Easy website to use and ordering was smooth. Prices seem fair and the filter looks well made. Shipping was quick. If it works like the other filters Ive used throughout the years then it will be easy to stick with them.
