I ordered several and buying

I ordered several and buying expensive type for my new system that I have and for some reason they are a little too small. When the system shuts off the filter falls down and makes a sound hitting the cover. I ordered the correct size, so I don't know what is going on.

I purchase these several time a year, usually in packages of 3. This time I purchased 4 and they were not individually wrapped in cellophane like before. they were wrinkled, but I think they will work. why is there no individual wrapping?

The filters work Wonderful there is only one problem they seem to not fit correctly we have to push a lot to get them in but otherwise they good Maybe am buying them to large maybe they have to be 22221 I don't know can you please email me and let me know what I am doing wrong thank you
