Undersized Filters - Not as presented will return

Our filter register requires a true 20"x20"x5" and the filters shipped are 1/4" or so smaller, allowing for the filter to let air pass by the filter, so debris and unfiltered air passes back through the air handler. Not good. I will cancel my business.

So far, so good. Picked a pair of MERV13 for the AC/Furnace. Will watch them periodically to see who they are measuring up. Hoping it is a good replacement and one which continues to work going forward.
