Bought 4 filters to last 1 year. They were not individually wrapped, so I had to wrap them to keep them clean. All other filters I purchased from you in the past were wrapped in cellophane. And what does letter A mean after filter size?

Filters were either mislabeled or VERY poorly made

I purchased MERV13 filters but what I received looked more like MERV8. The company did refund my money but I wish I had heeded other critical reviews. These filters were either poorly made or mislabeled. I suspect they are terrible quality, which is why they are so cheap. Do yourself a favor and get the 3M filters that are known to be good quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FILTERBUY.
