Filters are well made and easily installed. We use them in a 3 zone system, all different size returns. Filterbuy can supply all sizes, with the MERV rating of our choice and reminds me when to reorder. We were sent one package thar was the incorrect size. One phone call, the new ones were on the way and the old ones were donated to charity, at the company's cost. That is service!

Have been using these filters for some time now and have never had a problem with them. They perform well. Will perchance again when needed.

Where the filters appear to be working okay, they dont clean the air as well as other brands. I am not confident that a MERV 13 is doing its job.

The first batch of 3 filters were very slanted and unusable. You sent me a second batch which is almost as bad. Is there any quality control? Also the media which traps the dist is much thinner than the one i was replacing.
