Didn't fit

Filters come in nominal sizes and do not fit even if you specify the correct size. You have to look at the nominal size. I used the site's filter replacement tool and it choose this one. It did not fit my furnace. The cardboard is flimsy and tore when I removed it from the packaging. The refund process is difficult. I was told to not send it back but instead donate it. Ok, so time goes by and no refund, then I had send a picture of it which I did....ten days later I asked about refund and they finally gave me one....This was all via email...antiquated.

The Filterbuy, American made furnace filters are of notable great quality. It's hard to quantify the air filtering efficiency but I believe our house is cleaner with the MERV13 filters. I will be back for more in a year.

Filters everything but can clog quickly

I bought these filters after looking for a good price for a high quality filter. They do a great job of filtering just about everything but the issue I have is my wife likes to burn candles and these filters clog up, sometimes within a week and I have to replace them because my air handler starts to struggle. I had to go back to lower quality filters because it's not economical to replace these every 1-2 weeks.
