don't advertise full size filters. I needed to shim them in order to use them.

I need more time to see how effective they are. I'm looking to buy an air filtration. It's difficult to know what I need and how much I need to spend to get the right thing. I've just moved into an older apartment so I can't do much with the AC. Any suggestions are appreciated.

FILTERS (MERV 13) do NOT FIT.

I'm in the process the my investigation. I just, 2 weeks ago, replaced my entire central air unit and ordered filters PER THE SPECS IN THE OIWNER'S/USER'S manual. The filters you sent me are TOO LARGE & do NOT FIT my new a/c handler. The contractor (USA air conditioning) will be at my home in two days to check measurements of unit, etc. I will keep you posted on what they have to say. I may VERY WELL have to return the filters for replacement or refund.

Filter are great and the subscription option is great but I wish there were a subscription option for only 3 seasons since we don't use the furnace in the summer and also it would be best if you shipped the two different size filters in one box instead of two.
