The filters came in the time frame projected. They are well made and fit better than the name brand filters.

Merv 13 filter

Well I'm still getting used to a fairly new HVAC install so I'm not so much sure what I could say to evaluate but the system seems to work we're having an unusual smell that's like almost like a dry burny smell when it was air conditioning season. I'm not sure if that's related to an imperfection in the installed despite a very reputable company or something to say about even a Merv 13 filter is not filtering something not sure what it is. They were prompt with shipping and response when I was confused why I hadn't received one shipment yet so I would continue to work with them barring I find this smell is related but I don't think it's that I think it's the age of x system not the filter.

Quality is plummeting

Filterbuy filters used to be a solid alternative to big name filters. But the quality seems to be dropping and fast. My last order was the worst so far - the filters are very unevenly put together with gaps where unfiltered air can easily get through. Very poor quality and a disappointment. That's my last order.

Ok but size not quite right

No one makes a filter that fits my HVAC - it needs to be 3/4 inch instead of 1 inch wide, so I have to smash it to get it in. Otherwise these are fine and a good price
