Filter size and build quality

My bad, I didn't take the time to look at the actual dimensions of the filter before ordering, they are too small (by about half an inch) for a standard Honeywell enclosure. I reused the paper shell from the Honeywell filter and placed the Filterbuy model inside it. Also the pleats were glued somewhat haphazardly, not uniformly. Other than that, we'll see how they work from here on.

Sizes are incorrectly labeled

Ordered 12x24x1 but then when it arrives the"actual size" is like 1/4" smaller. Just make it the correct size or indicate "actual size" before I buy. Waste of time

Had a hard time finding the ones to fit my furnace. Youd think if they label a filter 16x 20x4 thats what it would be, not 5/16 oversized. This was a great place to shop for filters.

I have very odd and small size return air grills in a condo in Miami Beach. NOBODY has a filter available but Filterbuy comes through every time with high quality and high MERV custom built filters. Keep up the good work!

Old system - fits perfectly

I have an odd size HVAC return and they fit perfectly. One of our kids has asthma and the monthly delivery makes it impossible to overlook the filter change.
