Great filter, good price

It wold be a nice upgrade to have a foam gasket stuck all around. Thats what I do to get a good seal to the filter bracket in my furnace.

I got the 20x20x5 Merv 13 filter to make a DIY air filter. My apartment is too small for a CR box, but Im hoping this filter is thick enough to reduce the stress on the fan. Works great! Will use it to make gathering with friends or family more COVID-safe.

The construction of the filter is very bad, the cardboard is not strong enough to support the air pull from the handler.

Havent used the Merv13 filters yet as I have a month or more left on the Merv 11s. However Ive been a FilterBuy customer for several years and Im more than satisfied with their products and expect the same from the 13s.

It looks like very little

It looks like very little attention is made to spacing the pleats evenly throughout the filter. I, in fact, wonder if Filterbuy sent me factory seconds or "irregular" filters. The gaps from point to point on the pleats varied from tight to 1.5 inches. They were glued in that position. Is that your normal quality? I spent several minutes trying to straighten them out, only somewhat successful. Please explain this to me.
