I’ve been subscribed for several years now and find their service very good. One time I received a lower rated filter by mistake and they expedited the correct filter at no charge and giving me the other filter. I chose to donate it from their suggestion. Really cool

I ordered a 14x20x4 I needed a 14x20x4 Return Air Filter not a furnace filter. I did not know the difference. I need to return these four filters
