My husband and I train dogs and these filters keep the allergens, dust etc out. We all breathe better especially the pups that have seasonal allergies!

I really like the filters. The problem I have is that UPS dumped them in my driveway when it was raining. If I had not been home they would have been ruined. UPS could have put them on my porch, which is covered and dry. I really think FilterBuy needs to find a way to prevent issues like this.

Not the Correct Sizze

We purchased 30x30x1 filters and upon receipt and installation they appear to be too small. Every time the AC kicks on, the filter is sucked thru and becomes dislodged and falls to the back of the opening. They appear to be very flimsy so when they are pulled backwards, the filter becomes bent and twisted. We have had to duct tape them inside where they belong to get them to hold into place.

Good filters but with a problem.

The filters are good but have two problems:1. The pleats are uneven. This doesn't influence performance of the filters I got but might if several pleats bunch together.2. The cardboard box that is supposed to go inside the return housing is slightly to large. I managed to fit the filters using manipulation and shear strength. Making the cardboard box 1/16" smaller would have solve the problem.
