Order wrong size. Shipped them back and I guess they never received the return. I did reorder the correct size but never got a refund from my return

The overall strength of filter box was weaker and less substantial than my previous filter. Will need to see how it holds up.

I'm not so sure these filters work the way they should. After two months of filtering air conditioning, I see very little signs of dirt on the filters yet there is dust on the furniture and other surfaces.

The filter does not fit

The filter does not fit well; I have a "custom" filter space, I think, with this particular furnace, but this filter fits worse than the one I had in there. wish I hadn't bought two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something changed with these filtersI have buying them for years but the last 2 orders they caused my AC units to freeze and stop coolingI ended up having have 2 different repair companies look at the issueThe 2nd had me change to a different filter and that fixed the issueSo the last 2 filters ended up being very expensive
