I bought the size I was told to us but they did not fit I contacted support and did not get my problem resolved so I trashed them. Very disappointed.

For some odd reason they are a fraction too tall but they fit but its tight, other than that though, Ive tested the air and its much cleaner than with the merv 11 filters!

I originally ordered yhebwrong dimensions for my filters, I was able to get ahold of the company and change my order without any questions asked , even due to my error. Great filters , will buy again!!!!
