Filter did not have the same size

Ive ordered 13x21x1 filter but its larger than I do need and that is the size of my actual filter. Its very difficult to find that size. I be to cut it with a scissor but it works well so far

The first filter I unwrapped

The first filter I unwrapped was not put together properly. The pleats were not glued to the end at one corner so it would have leaked air

Size different from other filters

I had been using 18 x 18 x 4 filters from another company no longer in business. So I switched to your filters and the are 1/2 smaller in all directions. Was able to modify the filter housing so I can still use them.

Never tried Filterbuy before, but was impressed with quality and pricing. Was able to but a filter with a higher merv (13) rating at a price comparable to competitors merv 10. As long as prices stay reasonable, will use again.

Great price, quick delivery. Will work well, still using my last filter for now.Only concern, easily fixable, some of the pleats will need to be straightened.Again an easy fix.

The filters came, I modified

The filters came, I modified my filter box (the electronic filter stopped working) and the filter is working very well. That said, these are pretty thin, so I don't know how long it will go before needing replacement, but at this low cost, it can need replacement more often and still be a good deal.My one complaint is the INCESSANT badgering to sign up for automatic ordering. I'll probably keep ordering these, but I found the badgering so obnoxious that I'm considering looking elsewhere.
